Handi Medical Supply allows returns within 14 days of shipment from our facility, provided the product remains unopened, in its original packaging, and free from any physical damage. Please be aware that custom or special-order items cannot be returned.

The acceptance of a return is subject to the discretion of a Handi Medical Supply team member. Factors taken into consideration include the cleanliness of the item, absence of soiling, human or animal hair, wear marks, or smoke odor, as well as the packaging's condition and whether the item is regularly stocked at Handi Medical Supply.

Certain items are non-returnable due to various reasons, such as the inability to guarantee sterility post-shipment, potential infection-control issues, packaging preventing resale after opening, or being special or custom orders. Additionally, some returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.

All ResMed products purchased from Handi Medical Supply come with the manufacturer's standard warranty.
